They listen to you Patiently , understand and then give suggestions , a place where they make you respect the Nature , Colleagues , Equipment and a self belief that yes you can do it. I think they are not making you Pilots but a better Human Being who once Airborne automatically becomes an amazing rock solid Pilot. I have never felt so humbled before , tears rolling from my eyes , cry out aloud , mixed emotions when I did my first Solo wanted to hug all my Instructors for making this possible.
