I first flew a paraglider in 1997 and started teaching paragliding a few years later, this was the pre SIV era, over the years, SIV became the norm and I had already flown over a thousand hours. I like flying distances rather than do acro manoeuvres but the helico always fascinated me, Jitu and Avi took me to a level where I could do my first spin, a joy beyond words, only comparable to the first roll on a river kayak ( river kayakers would know that feel). Praveen, thanks for marshalling the launch and keeping us well within the safety parameters and packing reserves, your helping nature is wonderful, it was a joy to be with you. Mihir, the silent backbone of the course, meticulous and always making sure all our needs were taken care of. Got to see his other side too after he pulled off his first SAT, he is now truly SATMAN. A big thank you to the entire team and all the participants for making it a memorable event.
