Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy :

• Bookings are not confirmed until the complete course fee has been paid and Online registration form is filled. 
• No Course payments are entertained at the base unless stay & food or any extra service or training. 

Cancellation Policy  :

• Course fees are Non-Refundable.
• Courses are Non-Transferable to another person or service & Non-Cancellable. 
• We have limited slots & Equipment for your specific weight per batch and since you have booked & blocked a designated slot well in time, it has no replacement. (E.g If you book 10 Day course – Course slot and Equipment for that weight are blocked for you for those 10 days )

Rescheduling Policy :  

• Course can only be rescheduled before starting in certain unavoidable conditions.
• All Reschedule requests have to be made on call to Shriya/Arshi only.
• Acceptance of your rescheduling request is subject to slot & equipment availability and will be confirmed by Shriya/Arshi only.
• Reschedule is valid only till the current season lasts (October to May same year) & in Kamshet only.
• Reschedule Request within a week to 48hrs before course start – Penalty is 10%  of Course fees.
• Reschedule within 48hrs to course start date (Last minute) – Penalty is 100% of Course fees.
• All penalty fees to be paid before rescheduled course starts.
• Templepilots are not responsible for a student’s absence from the booked schedule or their inability to complete the Tasks specified for the course within the set period of time.  

 Washout Policy : Decision taken by the school to cancel training operations due to weather conditions, notice by authorities  etc. 

This day will be compensated accordingly

•  Full Day Washout : No field training and no ground school training .
•  Half Day Washout : Ground school training and no field training .
