“i had panned on going to Bali in the year 2016 but it didn’t materialise then. My flying journey has been punctuated with many absences. I first did my P1 in the year 2003 (yes fifteen years back). So it’s taken me that long! I finally made time for flying this year and enrolled to go to Bali. I was nervous and a little apprehensive but once I got to the flying site it was okay. The site itself is marvellous. I wold look at the pictures in the group that Avi and others would post and the place looked surreal and it is! Flying in Bali had it’s challenges and I loved it! There were good days and not so good days- when I would have liked to do things better but I just took my time and with help from the Temple Pilots team I was able to do better the next time. A lot of learning happened everyday. There were a few stressful moments too but I always came out feeling confident and good. Everyday was lots of fun and the dinners at the end of the day at different restaurants were great! I had couple of days extra at the end of my flying and I used it to gain some surfing lessons which I thoroughly enjoyed! It’s been two weeks since coming back and I feel a swagger in my step and attitude to life in general. I suspect it’s got something to do with the flying! I would highly recommend the sport of Paragliding to one and all and to do it with Team Temple Pilots! “
