A normal paraglider weight around 12-13kg and many times you have to carry them on your back or climb up the hill all the way to takeoff on a non drivable flying sites. Prolong use of wrong method might cause impact on your back and shoulders. Do it right and walk with ease.
Note this is one of the method to lift and carry the paraglider. You are advised to consult your GP incase you are already facing issue with back pain or shoulder pain before carrying paraglider or practicing paragliding.
